About Us
BUILT ON THE belief THAT FEELING BETTER STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING what YOUR BODY IS asking FOR
Quiet Moments Wellness exists for the moms who are holding everything together and quietly running on empty while they do it. We believe lasting change doesn't come from more willpower, stricter routines, or another thing added to your list. It comes from understanding what's draining your energy and giving your body the support it needs to rebuild it.
We BELIEVE In Making Meaningful Changes One Step At A Time.
At Quiet Moments Wellness, we take a root-cause approach to exhaustion. Instead of managing symptoms with more caffeine and better time management, we look at what's actually influencing how you feel, like your nourishment, sleep, recovery, stress, and daily patterns. Then we make small, realistic changes that fit into the life you're already living without rigid rules or complicated plans.
“Tamara came to understand sleep as a reflection of overall wellness, impacted by everything from nutrition and connection to digestive health, nervous system regulation, and sensory needs.”
From exhausted mom to trusted mentor.
Tamara is the founder of Quiet Moments Wellness and has spent over 25 years supporting families through her work in holistic nutrition, sleep, and family wellbeing.
Her journey into this work began long before motherhood. At 18, after a car accident that required surgeries and months of physical therapy, she discovered the powerful role that movement, nutrition, and healthy daily habits could play in rebuilding not only physical strength, but overall wellbeing. During her recovery, she worked with ( and learned from) physiotherapists, holistic nutritionists, and fitness trainers. What began as part of her recovery became a lifelong commitment to understanding how the foundations of wellbeing work together.
For years, wellness was a natural part of her everyday life. Then motherhood changed everything. Like many women, her focus naturally shifted to caring for her family. Meals became rushed, sleep became something to catch up on, and the routines that once supported her wellbeing became harder to maintain. She eventually found herself exhausted and relying on caffeine to get through the day.
Through her own experience and professional training, Tamara developed a deeper understanding of how nutrition, sleep, stress, recovery, and daily demands interact. She learned that knowing what you should do isn't the same as knowing what you need to do first—especially when you're exhausted and overwhelmed.
Today, that's what she helps women do: understand what's contributing to how they feel, identify where to focus first, and make practical changes that fit the life they're already living. Her approach brings together more than 25 years of experience, professional expertise, and a deeply practical understanding of what it means to care for everyone else while trying to care for yourself, too.
