Reclaim Rest: Navigating Sleep in Perimenopause
Regularly $127.00 CAD
Current promotion $67.00 CAD
Sleeping in perimenopause can be a struggle, but better sleep is possible. It starts with understanding what is happening and what your body truly needs during this time of transition.
Designed to honor the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, this course is rooted in sleep science, holistic nutrition, and psychology to address the root cause of your sleep challenges. It recognizes that perimenopause changes everything and includes the unique challenges midlife women face that affect sleep, such as: Hot flashes and night sweats, frequent nighttime urination, increased stress and anxiety, new food sensitivities and more.
This course is about improving overall well-being during perimenopause, which will in turn optimize your sleep. This course empowers you with the knowledge to identify what’s disrupting your sleep and provides you with practical, sustainable strategies to make changes. We address why you're not sleeping, not just how to sleep, empowering you with the knowledge to make the choices that feel right for long term.

Common Questions
-
This is a self-paced online course, allowing you to listen whenever you like. We recommend small changes, one week at a time, to help prevent overwhelm while building sustainable habits.
-
Sometimes the sleep advice is too generic or not relevant to perimenopause. Also, it can happen that advice only targets one factor, like hormones or stress. This course takes a whole person approach showing you how hormones, nutrition, stress, lifestyle and habits all connect.
-
Every woman’s experience of perimenopause is different. The course workbook helps you personalize your sleep goals based on your personal patterns. The course has been designed to guide you to create changes that suit you. However, this course is for educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. While the strategies in this program support sleep, some women may benefit from additional, individualized professional support. Even if you find that additional support is needed, this course will still give you valuable insights into how sleep is affected during perimenopause. You’ll learn practical strategies, identify patterns in your sleep, and gain tools that will continue to support your sleep moving forward.
-
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice you simply listen to while lying down.
-
Yes, hormones matter but there are many factors that affect sleep beyond hormones. By addressing nutrition, stress, habits, and lifestyle alongside hormones, this course helps you support your sleep — and your overall health.
-
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) can be an effective support for some women and for other women may do less than hoped to help sleep. This course complements HRT (or works if you’re not using it) by giving you whole-picture strategies to improve your sleep and overall well-being.
-
This course is for all women in perimenopause, whether you’re on HRT or not. Hormones play a role in sleep, but they are only one piece of the puzzle. The strategies and tools in this course complement HRT for those using it, and provide practical support for women who aren’t, helping everyone improve sleep and overall well-being.
