● Personalized guidance to help you make meaningful changes and support your wellbeing over time.

Who This Support Is For?

● Moms who want support with a specific concern, such as nutrition, digestion, sleep, hormonal changes, PMS, perimenopause, energy, or lifestyle

● Women who want personalized guidance without committing to a structured 90-day program.

● Moms who may be dealing with a concern that isn't mainly about exhaustion, or who want support that can continue at their own pace.

Why Nutrition Matters

How you feel each day is shaped by many factors, including nutrition, sleep, stress, recovery, health, and the reality of everyday life. These factors can also influence one another and understanding those connections can help you see what may be influencing your energy.

You may notice:

● Energy that comes and goes throughout the day

● Relying on caffeine to function

● Sleep that doesn't leave you feeling rested

● Brain fog or difficulty concentrating

● Changes in cravings or appetite

● Feeling more tired than you used to

That's why we look at the bigger picture: to understand what's influencing how you feel, identify what may be most helpful to focus on first, and find realistic ways to support your energy in the life you're already living.

Sleep Support Philosophy

Tamara takes a whole-person approach to understanding sleep, looking at the factors that can influence how well you fall asleep, stay asleep, and feel rested the next day.

This includes:

● Sleep routines and daily rhythms

● Nutrition and meal timing

● Caffeine and other lifestyle factors

● Stress and nervous system regulation

● Recovery and opportunities for rest

● Sleep environment and habits

● The demands of everyday life

Rather than focusing on a single sleep strategy, the goal is to understand the bigger picture, identify what may be getting in the way of restful sleep, and find practical, sustainable ways to support better rest.

Meet Tamara, Your Support Person

Tamara, a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP)
& Sleep Consultant,

provides personalized nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle support for moms who are tired of feeling tired and ready to feel more like themselves again. Tamara takes a whole-person approach to understanding what may be influencing how you feel. She looks at the connections between nourishment, sleep, stress, recovery, health, and daily demands to help identify where to focus first. Her approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in the belief that feeling better doesn't require changing everything at once. In partnership with her clients, she helps women identify the changes that are most likely to make a meaningful difference, then develop realistic, sustainable strategies that support their energy and wellbeing while fitting into the life they're already living.

What does “orthomolecular” mean?

Orthomolecular nutrition is an approach that focuses on providing the body with the exact nutrients it needs, in the right amounts, to function optimally.  It uses assessments and targeted supplementation to address specific nutrient gaps or imbalances, supporting the body at a cellular and biochemical level while also providing food and lifestyle recommendations. Please note, Tamara does focus on a food first approach.
