F.A.Q’s

  • A webinar is a one-time, pre-recorded learning session (usually about 60 minutes) focused on a specific topic. It’s a great option if you’re looking for situation specific information and practical takeaways.

Courses are self-paced and include multiple modules that go deeper into a specific topic. You’ll get short video lessons, tools, and strategies to use. These are great if you like structured learning but prefer flexibility and independence. The duration of the course varies.

Professional programs go much deeper by offering more information, guidance and structure than a course. They may include several modules over a set number of weeks and live check-ins or group support.

One on One Support is the most personalized option. You’ll work directly with a holistic nutritionist and sleep consultant who will take the time to understand your unique situation and create a tailored plan for you (or your child). This is best if you want personalized guidance, and ongoing follow up.

  • Yes, we do, for all ages! We offer general information on our website and nutrition is weaved into all of our resources, but we also work one on one.

  • We believe that parents deserve just as much care and support as their children. Our support focuses on helping you feel your best—mentally, emotionally, and physically—through holistic nutrition, sleep support, and tools for emotional wellness.

  • Our Substack (quietmomentswellness.substack.com)  is an ongoing support space for parents who have completed a course/program/webinar with us. It is a space where we continue to share relevant information about parents’ wellness and parenting, as well as providing a space for connection and support. Inside this community you will find bonus resources, Q &A’s, community conversations, recipes and more – parenting is a journey we are happy to support you on.

  • We strongly believe in the power of parent wellness when it comes to families because when parents thrive, so do children. We don’t just offer surface-level behavior tips or general supplement recommendations, we look at what’s really going on underneath and work with that. We bring together holistic nutrition, sleep support (no sleep training), and emotional wellness to help families build lasting change.

  • Our resources are best suited for families with children from infancy through school-age years.

  • Not at all. We believe in bio-individuality and parent-led decision-making. We are here to provide you with the information to empower you to make decisions for yourself and your family. We’ll never push a rigid plan but offer tools you can adapt to your values and needs.

  • No. We do not provide therapy or clinical mental health services. Our focus is education. We share insights, tools, and strategies based on lifestyle, nutrition, child development, and emotional wellness to help you create the changes you seek  at home.

  • Yes, we do! These programs and courses provide training in areas like sleep without sleep training, emotional wellness, nourishment, and nervous system support. They’re designed to expand your understanding, offer practical tools, and help you make meaningful connections between key concepts—so you can feel even more equipped to support the families you work with. We are always here to support, so even when you have completed a program we are here to help with questions that may arise in your work.
